CASE Studies
Real Estate is a very private matter, or so people think. But the truth is that, even though style and color preferences differ, everyone has the same goal when renovating or fitting a property: Increasing / opening up space, raising the ceilings, maximising storage / dressing, optimising space, adding an additional bedroom / study in waste space, increasing property value and creating the WOW factor, whatever the chosen style.
We are uniquely set up to achieve all of the above. Restructuring space is our specialty.
Vast apartment with no style turned into a Loft, Manhattan style
We transformed a regular low ceiling apartment, with little-to-none dressing, no style, and a dark living room into a magnificent loft, with high ceilings, a WOW living room with open kitchen, full of light, a spacious master with walk-in dressing and 2 additional bedrooms loaded with storage.
A basic 2-Bed became a stunning Beach Home with Arabic twist
We transformed an old low-ceiling dark apartment with little-to-none storage and no style, an unpractical kitchen and a ridiculously small powder room, into a superb apartment which, while being open, sleek and bright, is matching the modern Arabic style of the building. The owner is an acute cook and we found an elegant way to separate the kitchen from the living room whenever needed.
How we made this small apartment bigger
This apartment with no style, a very small living room, little-to-none dressing and storage space is located in a superb building with amazing views. It was crying for deep restructuring to make the most of the available space and to create the WOW effect that such a building deserves. We restructured the apartment, increased the living room size, optimised the layout, increase ceiling height and made use of every inch in a seamless way and timeless luxury style.
From dark triplex to Family Townhouse
Full optimisation and restructuring of space, additional study room, opening of living room and raising of ceilings transformed this dark town-house into a peaceful and bright family home. Seamless lines and design made every inch of this home look much bigger and usable.
From basic to cover-of-magazine Designer Look
Full renovation of 2 apartments with the same goal to open space and maximise storage, but with very different styles, though both feature woody touches. Optimisation of storage areas and space, redesigning of bathroom layouts and restructuring of rooms gave both apartment distinctive styles.
Opening space and creating luxury feel
Full restructuring, higher ceilings, open kitchen, seamless lines, light tones, touches of natural oak and fit-to-size furniture turned this standard home into a WOW property where each detail has been carefully planned.
